timeline of events

• death of the parents of Lulu (16) and Cecil (6)
• lulu and Cecil  are thrown out into the street with no one to care for them within a week of their parents deaths 
•   lulu and Cecil join the community of abandoned in the slums.
•  4 years later Lulu (19) and Cecil (10) along with Estelle (18) scour the catacombs and discover the existence of the Fil'iark Cecil has his heart damaged, and Estelle loses her left arm.
• lulu looses her right arm, 
• Lulu, Cecil and Estelle after struggling to the surface are eventually picked up by Alpheus and he retrofits the Fil'iark organ as a makeshift heart for Cecil.
