world building part 1 setting

• large city named Sylph
• Name of eldrich creatures is Fil'iark
• eldrich creatures rule everything from the shadows but humans live their lives blissfully unaware.
• the eldrich creatchers are the source/creators/inspiration of all modern technology
• ancient lost forgotten ruins containing tech were discovered reverse engineered and turned into the modern tech that the Clearil uses. unfortunately the people who discovered and the population as a whole it were unaware that the beings still existed (literally the being/s that made it were still alive). they just thought it was a long lost civilization of humans that were polytheists of a panthion of dark gods....in truth it was but the dark gods were very much still alive and ruling just in a more subtle and smart way.
